Splice’s Outsourced Server Management (OSM) service provides a solution for small-medium sized businesses and schools to have their Information Technology needs tended to in a way that keeps their staff and their equipment running smoothly. The idea behind this service is that a small/medium sized company or school, having a properly installed and configured server (or servers), and having staff that are already IT-trained, wouldn’t need a staff-person dedicated to IT purposes. Instead, that organization can outsource their IT needs to Splice.
OSM consists of an initial paid service review as well as a monthly paid service fee. In exchange for the monthly fee, Splice will provide the organization with the following, which will be described in more detail in the subsequent sections:
